Plura AI, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) owns, operates, manages, and maintains that certain integrated Caller ID analysis and communications platform known as Plura (the “Service”), located at https://plura.ai (the “Website”).

This document describes our policies and procedures for processing requests from government and law enforcement agencies for user information and is intended to be read by any government and/or law enforcement agency seeking information from or about our Company or our users.

1. Submitting requests
Information requests should be sent via email to legal@plura.ai, or by US post to 177 Cassia Way, Suite B112, Henderson, NV 89014. If sent via email, requests must be transmitted from the official registered email domain of the requesting government or law enforcement agency and must include the name, title, and contact information of the government or law enforcement representative on whose behalf the request is made.  
Note that we will only process requests from valid US governmental or law enforcement agencies.  If we receive a request sent by a foreign government or law enforcement agency, the request must be submitted in accordance with applicable legal and diplomatic channels such as bi-lateral or multi-lateral legal assistance treaties (“MLATs”) or letters regularly processed by the U.S. Department of Justice Office of International Affairs.

2. Content of Requests
Requests should include a legally binding subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other formal legal demand and include sufficient details concerning all information requested, including (without limitation), a description of the information requested; information sufficient to identify the party or parties whose information is being sought (including individual names, company names, phone numbers emails, etc.), and the time period for which the information is sought.

3. LEGAL REVIEW
All information requests (including, without limitation, subpoenas, civil investigative demands, court orders, warrants, and official notices) are first reviewed by our legal department to ensure the request was properly issued in accordance with applicable law.  We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of any customer information absent a valid subpoena, court order, search warrant, or other formal legal demand properly issued in accordance with applicable law.

4. NOTIFICATION OF RIGHTS
Unless we are otherwise legally prohibited from disclosing the request to the party to which it relates (or the request describes clearly Illegal conduct by the customer in connection with their use of the Website and/or Service), we reserve the right to notify the customer of our receipt of the request before disclosing any of the customer’s information.
Should the government or law enforcement agency sending the request does not want us to exercise our notification rights described above, the formal legal demand must include a non-disclosure order or contain a specific reference to other legal authority that legally prohibits us from disclosing the existence of the request to our customer.

5. EMERGENCY REQUESTS
Notwithstanding any other policy or procedure described herein, we may immediately provide requested information to government or law enforcement agencies in response to an urgent emergency request if we believe in good faith that immediate disclosure is required in the interest of public safety or to prevent death or serious bodily injury.
